INTEL UNVEILS INNOVATION CENTER IN DUBAI INTERNET CITY

Intel’s Chairman Dr. Craig Barrett joined Ahmad Bin Byat – Director General of the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone (TECOM), HE Mohamed Al-Ghanem, Director General of the UAE Telecom Regulatory Authority, and Abdullatif Al Mulla, CEO of TECOM Investments, to open Intel’s Innovation Center at Intel’s office in Dubai Internet City (DIC) today.
The Dubai based Center will focus on themes aligned to expertise and opportunities found in the region. It will serve many purposes, including becoming a catalyst of disruptive technology development at Intel and a venue for promoting industry initiatives and showcasing technology solutions. It will also be resource for Dubai companies, as well as becoming an environment to conduct innovative training and seminars.

The Montreal International Game Summit Attracts More Than 900 Participants
November 8 and 9, 2006
Alliance numériQC (Member of FIAM), Québec's interactive digital content and multimedia industry network, is pleased to announce that the third Montreal International Game Summit, the annual gathering of gaming industry professionals which was held on November 8 and 9, 2006, was a resounding success. Exceeding the organizers’ expectations, the MIGS attracted more than 900 participants from Quebec, Canada, the United States and Europe, in addition to reuniting some 70 speakers and just as many journalists from North America, Europe and Asia. Since the official launch of the 2006 Montreal International Game Summit, more than 86,000 visitors viewed the MIGS website.

The Montréal International Game Summit 2005 Attracts More Than 750 Participants
